Roobet Terms & Conditions

1.Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual user and roobet concerning access to the roobet website, casino games, live dealer services, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account tools and payment facilities. References to the platform include all related mobile and browser-based services made available through roobet.

You accept this agreement whenever you register, sign in, deposit MYR or cryptocurrency, place a wager, claim a bonus or otherwise use roobet. These terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. Where a promotion, game or betting market has specific rules, those specific rules also apply. If specific promotional rules conflict with these general terms, the specific rules govern that promotion only.

2.Definitions

Account

The personal roobet profile registered to an eligible individual and used to access gambling services.

Bonus Funds

Promotional value credited subject to separate requirements, including wagering, eligible game and expiry conditions.

Cash Balance

Deposited funds and eligible winnings that are not restricted as Bonus Funds.

KYC

Know Your Customer checks used to verify identity, age, residential information and ownership of payment methods.

Wager

Any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sports market, live football event, esports event or other available product.

3.Account Eligibility

To open and maintain a roobet account, you must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and be legally permitted to gamble online from your location. Roobet does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and restrictions that apply to you.

Registration must be completed personally. You may not create an account for another person, permit a minor to access your account, register using false information or operate multiple accounts. Roobet may request evidence of age, identity, address, source of funds or payment ownership at any stage. Access may be restricted while verification is pending.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers and any person with confidential information about a market may be restricted from wagering where participation could create an unfair advantage or conflict of interest.

4.Account Security and User Duties

You must keep your username, password and authentication credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not share a device session or allow another person to place bets using your balance.

• Use a strong, unique password and enable available security controls.
• Keep your registered details accurate and notify support when relevant information changes.
• Sign out after using roobet on a shared device or public network.
• Report suspicious transactions or account access without delay.

Roobet may require a password reset, additional authentication or a temporary security review where unusual access patterns, rapid payment activity or suspected account compromise are detected.

5.Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made from a payment method belonging to the verified account holder. Supported methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and selected cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH or USDT. Availability, processing time and transaction limits may vary.

Funds are credited after confirmation by the relevant bank, e-wallet, transfer network or blockchain. Displayed processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. Roobet is not responsible for delays caused by a bank outage, incorrect recipient details, network congestion, maintenance or a third-party payment review.

You may not use borrowed, stolen or fraudulently obtained funds. Chargebacks, payment reversals and disputed deposits may result in account restriction while the matter is investigated. Account balances do not earn interest and roobet is not a bank or savings service.

6.Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, available balance, applicable transaction limits and completion of valid promotional wagering requirements. Where practical, roobet may return funds through the same method used for deposit. Alternative payout routes may require further evidence.

Before releasing winnings, roobet may request a MyKad, passport, proof of address, bank statement, e-wallet ownership evidence or source-of-funds information. Documents must be genuine, current and legible. Processing may be paused where submitted information is incomplete, inconsistent or requires enhanced review.

E-wallet or DuitNow withdrawals may be completed quickly, while FPX-linked bank transfers can take longer. Any timing displayed on roobet is an estimate. Users must verify account numbers, wallet details and cryptocurrency addresses carefully; a completed transfer generally cannot be reversed when incorrect details were supplied by the user.

7.Bonuses, Cashback and Promotions

Each roobet promotion is governed by its published rules. Conditions may include a minimum qualifying deposit, permitted payment methods, wagering multiplier, game contribution rate, maximum stake, maximum conversion or withdrawal amount, eligibility period and expiry date. You should review those conditions before opting in.

Bonus funds are not equivalent to withdrawable cash until all applicable requirements have been satisfied. Casino games may contribute at different rates, and some games may not contribute at all. Sports promotions may require minimum odds, settled selections or a specified number of Mix Parlay legs.

Promotion abuse is prohibited. This includes coordinated claims, duplicate accounts, opposite-side betting, low-risk wagering intended solely to release a bonus, or any pattern designed to obtain an unintended advantage. Roobet may remove affected bonus funds and related winnings after a reasonable review.

8.Casino Games and Sports Betting

Game outcomes are determined according to the rules displayed for each title. You must review paytables, stake limits and return-to-player information before wagering. A completed round recorded by the game system is final unless a verified technical fault materially affected the outcome.

Sports and Live Football Markets

Sports wagers are accepted at the odds displayed when the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before acceptance. Markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports or other events are settled using official results and the relevant market rules. Later disciplinary decisions generally do not alter settlement unless the market rules expressly state otherwise.

Postponed, abandoned, interrupted or rescheduled events are handled under the applicable sport and market rules. Obvious pricing or data errors may result in correction or cancellation. Cash-out availability is discretionary and may be suspended during market volatility, connectivity issues or event reviews.

9.Prohibited Conduct

You must not use roobet to:

• commit fraud, money laundering, payment abuse or identity misuse;
• collude with another player or manipulate a game, event or betting market;
• use bots, automated scripts, scraping tools or unauthorised betting software;
• exploit a technical error, delayed feed, incorrect odds or promotional mistake;
• harass support staff, publish unlawful material or interfere with platform security;
• transfer, sell, purchase or share an account with another person; or
• use the platform as a payment transfer service without genuine gambling activity.

Suspected misconduct may lead to wager review, temporary suspension, withholding of disputed amounts, cancellation of affected transactions or permanent account closure. Any action will be proportionate to the available evidence and applicable obligations.

10.Responsible Gambling

Roobet is intended solely for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is not a reliable way to earn income. You should wager only money you can afford to lose, maintain a personal budget and avoid chasing losses.

Available controls may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, temporary time-outs and self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion request is applied, you must not attempt to bypass it by registering another account. Roobet may close duplicate accounts created to evade a restriction.

11.Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure through customer support. Closure does not remove obligations arising before the request, including verification, disputed payments or unsettled wagers. A valid remaining cash balance will be handled after necessary checks are completed.

Roobet may restrict or close an account for a material breach of these terms, failed eligibility checks, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, security concerns or prolonged inactivity. Where lawful and appropriate, users will receive information about the reason and the treatment of undisputed funds.

12.Availability and Limitation of Liability

Roobet aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failure, mobile network disruption, payment downtime, event feed delays or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, roobet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, user device failure, incorrect payment details or decisions made solely in reliance on betting information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.Changes, Complaints and Contact

Roobet may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, security, payment, product or operational changes. Material revisions will take effect from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you believe a wager, payment or account decision is incorrect, contact support promptly with your username, transaction reference and a clear description of the issue. Roobet will review account records, payment confirmations and relevant game or event data.
